1.Drink pure water
• In our body 60% is water so, if you want to live healthier then drink pure water.

Total dissolved solids (TDS) is a measure of the dissolved combined content of all inorganic and organic substances present in a liquid in molecular, ionized, or micro-granular (colloidal sol) suspended form.
After checking the TDS we are know whether this water is pure or impure.
According to World Health Organization, TDS level less than 300 mg/litre is considered as excellent,
between 300 and 600 mg/liter is good,
600-900 is fair, 900 – 1200 is poor
and TDS level more than 1200 mg/liter is unacceptable.
In India, If the TDSlevel is above 500mg/liter, the water is considered as disagreeable.
the rainwater TDS is low and the pollutants in it are washed away after rain. Within 20 minutes of pouring rain, pollutants in rainwater are washed away.
So, check your drinking water TDS first.
2.Take pure food
Use organic food (which is prepared by natural way) without pesticides use and without use to urea or other chemicals in farm for farming.
•Also take different types of food items like,
Take a variety of roti such as wheat flor,milet ,corn Flor etc…
•Use different types of oils such as,
Mustard oil, mungfali oil, soya bean oil, sunflower oil but use natural oil not use refined oil.
•Use different types of pulses, vegetable, fruit because if you use variety of food then, it’s help full to provide your body needs of vitamins, mineral, nutrients, protein, fat, carbohydrates.
3.Take pure air
Save your environment by growing plants and trees.

•Do no harm to environment, create a healthy environment around your living place,
•growing a plants in your home,
•then take pure drinking water with minerals,
•Take a generic food.
