Due to smoking your lungs are weak and alcohol cause liver damage and both organ are vital because lungs are purified our blood and liver is helping in many function of body.
So, avoid smoking and alcohol drinks.
7.Reduce android mobile phone use.
Now a days ,this is more risk factors for health because of that mobile radiation are dangerous for our health. Using of mobile people have eyes problems,hearing problems, also brain problems occur. And more vulnerable group are children, pregnant mother. The rate of microwave radiation absorption is higher in children than adults because their brain tissue are more absorbants,their skull are thinner and their relative size are smaller.
Fetus are particularly vulnerable because MWR exposure can lead to degeneration of protective sheath that surrounds brain neurons.
