Diabetic diet

If you have diabetes and you are taking diabetic medicine or insulin you should follow strict diet menu for control your blood sugar. So, before explaining diet menu I want to explain what are the best foods which contains low sugar and beneficial for diabetic clients and also what are the foods are harmful to diabetic clients. take a healthy diet and qualitative not quantitative. for diabetic clients taken low quantity of dit and take at frequent. take diet with rich source of protein, vitamins and minerals and also high fiber food. and small amount of carbohydrates and fats and never take sugar items because they are increase blood glucose more and faster.



You can take following foods with control:

1.take food with low glycemic index:
 It means after taking food glucose slowly increasing our body. .
beans, .Soybean, .moong Dal, .Green leafy vegetables( are rich source of vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants) .
brown rice etc…
Fruits:
 Orange, Strawberry, Papaya, Cheri, Pomegranate,
Dry fruits:
Almond, Spanish , Akhrot,
Juice:
Amla, Karela, Aloe Vera, Coconut water, 
Biscuits :
High fiber biscuits,
Green tea
tea, coffee (sugar free) ,
vegetables :
 Broccoli, Simla Mirch, Onion, Tomatoes.

Which foods are never taken :
Deep fried Food:
Pakoda, Paratha, Tikki.
 Junk food :
Pizza, Burger, Pasta, Others: Cake, Coldrink, Ice-cream, Chocolate, Pastry, Catch up, Chili Sauce, Soya sauce, Sweets, Meda, White rice

 Diet menu:
Time.                       Items
6:30am        1/2 spoon fenugreek powder with                         one  glass of warm water.
 7:00am      green tea  with two fiber  biscuit.
 9:00 am     tea, coffee (sugar free) ,
                    Vegetable upma ,
                     Vegetable    dalia,
                     Spinach chapati( 2 ),
                     One glass of  sugar free and                                      skimMilk
11:00am      One seasonal fruit
12:45pm      Seasonal  salad(cucumber, tomato) 1:00pm        lunch :Multi grain chapati (2)
                     vegetables (green leafy or grams)
                     Dal  (1 bowl) ,
                     Rice ( 1 bowl) ,
                    Courd (1 bowl).
 4:00pm      Tea with high fiber biscuit Or                                 Vegetable soup
 7:00pm      Dinner Chapati or millet rotla (1).
                     green leafy vegetables.
                  At the Bedtime sugar free milk.        Take diet with calories calculations Take carbohydrates 40 to 50 % of total calories . Fat 15 to 20%of total calories . Proteins 15 to 20%of totalcalories .
